Yes, the undercurrent. Your reflection reminded me of an iceberg. I wonder if what's surfaced might be a form of grief. Sometimes we don't recognize it as grief because it's lived beneath the surface for a long time. Perhaps this is an invitation to acknowledge it, honor its impact, and release and receive.

There’s definitely a long lingering grief there that’s carried deep in my being. It’s layered with others and is examined, felt, and welcomed at various times of life. 💙
